Wine and Churrasco: The Perfect Match

Wine bar

Wine labelsTo say that wine and churrasco go hand in hand is an under- statement. A good wine will bring out the subtler flavors of our churrasco, giving you a fuller, richer experience. To enhance your dining enjoyment, we have carefully crafted our wine list. Rather than going for volume, we opted to focus on quality and value. It is our belief that a fine wine is not necessarily an expensive one.

The backbone of our list are California wines. Then, we carefully added wines from Latin America, Europe, and beyond. You will find our wines to be a natural complement to our menu. Should you need any help, our waiters are at your disposal to assist you in your selection.

CaipirinhaReady to try something different? How about enjoying our intepretation of the caipirinha? Caipirinha is the mixed drink of choice in Brazil, an enjoyable way to begin your churrasco. It has the tangy flavor of fresh limes and sweetness from sugar cane. Our blend is based on soju, a clear distilled spirit that is neutral in flavor and provides a smooth drinking experience. We also have many other soju cocktails, such as our passionfruit caipirinha, refreshing sangria, apple martini, and more.

If beer is more to your liking, we also offer a great selection of draft and bottled beers. American and European beers are available, as well as Xingú, a darker Brazilian beer that is smooth and refreshing.

IN Europe we thought of wine as something as healthy and normal as food and also a great giver of happiness and well being and delight. Drinking wine was not a snobbism nor a sign of sophistication nor a cult; it was as natural as eating and to me as necessary.
